Italian variety that wins every taste test based on its unique, slightly nutty flavour and exceptional texture. Tender, gray-green skin and prominent ribbing also give this Italian variety a distinctive appearance. In Italy it is picked at 6" or smaller with the flowers still attached and fried whole. Plants are larger than typical zucchinis.
