This is an incredibly large paste tomato, with each meaty fruit growing to 6 inches long and weighing between 8 and 12 oz. They have a very well balanced, full tomato flavour and are perfect for cooking into sauce, but delicious enough to eat fresh. This is truly an impressive tomato and one to be sure to try. Heirloom variety. Indeterminate.
