Shackamaxon Blue Bean

This pole bean features striking deep purple/blue dry beans. The plants are vigorous and excellent climbers, reaching about 6 feet in height. Without support, they will spiral around each other to form short, self-supporting teepees. The stems have a slight purple/red hue. These beans are very productive and are known to tolerate drought and cool spring weather.
