Soroksari Pepper

4010 - Soroksari.
This beautiful Balkan heirloom pepper is almost translucent pale yellow in colour. Very sweet for fresh use and stuffing as you would a bell, but when fully ripened and dried it acquires a deeper orange/red colour and makes a wonderful paprika, as well. Elongated blocky-bell shaped fruit.
