Dark Purple variety, prolific and productive. Smaller 4-5 cm fruits with dark purple skin and flesh in paper husks. Selected for dark purple colour throughout the fruit. Sharper flavour than green tomatillos, very sweet, great grilled, makes an attractive purple salsa.
