Initially white, they mature into a light yellow-green hue. Their skin is adorned with tiny black and white bumps, hence their name. The pale green flesh contains many translucent seeds and offers a succulent, crunchy texture. Known for their sweet and juicy taste with hints of tanginess and creaminess. Salt & Pepper cucumbers are resistant to Powdery Mildew and Angular Leaf Spot, making them ideal for fresh eating and pickling. They are small and cylindrical, measuring roughly 7-12 cm long, 4 cm wide and weighing about 100 g.
