Lodi Squash

4658 - Lodi - 110 Days.  Rustic orange squash, an open-polinated version of the Koginut squash, a cross between Kabocha and Butternut squashes.  Single/Double portion sized making it easy to manage when storing and eating. Roast in the oven to deliver its deep flavour. I would say a step above butternut in terms of richness and complexity.  High yielding, round shape about 10 cm in diameter.
